Founder Brief

💡 “Trust is one of the worlds strongest economic factors” - David Senra shared this Charlie Munger quote on one of his recent podcast episodes.

I heard that line a couple of weeks back, and it put words to something I’ve long believed but hadn’t ever been able to communicate. I felt it a lot in this past month as well. First and foremost I feel it in our team. We operate with deep trust, and the longer we work together the more it compounds. This month we all came together in Philly for our team fly-in, and it was not only productive but energizing and fun. Our deep trust in each other and the mission we are on is a great advantage. We are also building trust with our customers, and the market. We are doing so by saying what we’ll do, and doing what we say. It shows up in our interactions with the market, and I “noticed” it this month when one day we had SIX firms come inbound to us, on the heels of a customer of ours (Integrated) presenting how they were leveraging RISR at a study group. He trusts us. Therefore he spoke with conviction and drove six other firms to reach out to us to learn more.

We took some giant leaps forward this month, and also took some punches. Let’s start with the punches:
